  4. Performers: You will be notified of your status by email (acceptance, waiting list, or no admittance). For those accepted at the first deadline, the notice will include directions on tuition and housing payments. Pay the tuition and housing by 11:59 a.m. EST Friday, April 1, 2017. Those attending the professional retreat or as an auditor will pay tuition at the end of the registration. Starting NOON EST Wednesday, March 15, 2017, $60 will be added to the application fee.

Curtis Summerfest does not offer scholarships for the Elizabeth Hainen Harp Class. Students and parents are urged to seek financial assistance from local sources such as school music organizations; county, state, or national music education organizations; youth orchestras and bands; music clubs; service clubs (Rotary, Kiwanis, etc.); businesses; churches; and foundations.
