List of four pieces to play in the master class if accepted.
An audio or video recording of your playing, lasting 15 minutes to no more than 20 minutes. (It doesn’t have to be professional!) There are no repertoire requirements; however we suggest two contrasting excerpts.
Contact information for current private teacher (your teacher will receive an email with directions from the registration system to submit a recommendation letter online).
A digital photo of yourself, from which a photo ID will be generated. The photo must be full-face view directly facing the camera with both eyes open, no glasses, and no hat or head covering that obscures or shadows your face. (Head coverings worn daily for religious purpose are allowed.)

2. Apply

3. Pay

Pay the application fee by 11:59 a.m. EST Friday, February 27, 2015 and save $60; $125 starting noon EST Friday, February 27, 2015. Applications close 11:59 a.m. EST Wednesday, April 1, 2015. You will be notified of your status by email; the notice will include directions on tuition and housing payments.

Curtis Summerfest does not offer scholarships for the Jeffrey Khaner Flute Class. Students and parents are urged to seek financial assistance from local sources such as school music organizations; county, state, or national music education organizations; youth orchestras and bands; music clubs; service clubs (Rotary, Kiwanas, etc.); businesses; local churches; and foundations.
